Rooms & Equipment
Nestled in the Alberta Foothills just north of Okotoks on over 8 acres of land, our modern facility includes a spacious auditorium, foyer, servery kitchen, coffee bar kitchenette, meeting rooms, parking lot and outdoor walking path to accommodate groups of all kinds.
State-of-the-art AV equipment, upholstered chairs, round and long tables, and a variety of technical and custodial services are also available to help make your event successful.
Auditorium
The Auditorium features state-of-the-art sound equipment, excellent acoustics, stage lighting, a video projector and screen, multiple TVs, a drum set and a grand piano that are available for use upon request. With a neutral color scheme and upholstered chairs that can be arranged theatre-style or in combination with long or round tables, this flexible space is also easily customizable to meet your needs .
Direct access to the Servery Kitchen and a pass-through window with a retractable screen also make the Auditorium ideal for banquets and meals. Plus, numerous overhead fans, air conditioning and large windows that provide bright, natural light help to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Foyer
The Foyer features a vaulted ceiling, mounted TV screen, large speakers, overhead fans, flexible lighting options and large windows for optimal comfort. With numerous upholstered chairs and couches, this spacious room allows for a variety of seating arrangements, including theatre-style chairs or a combination of long or round tables and chairs. Access to the adjacent coffee bar kitchenette is also available upon request.

Upper Room
The Upper Room features a mounted TV screen, mobile whiteboard and multiple windows that provide bright, natural light. This flexible space is easily customized to meet your needs with upholstered chairs that can be arranged theatre-style or in combination with long or round tables.
Capacity: 45 theatre-style chairs
or 40 chairs with tables

Not-for-Profit Rate: $15/hour
Meeting Room
The Meeting Room features a modern, neutral color scheme, laminate wood flooring, upholstered chairs and multiple windows that provide bright, natural light. Long or round tables are also available upon request.
Capacity: 15 chairs
Standard Rate: No charge
Fireside Room
The Fireside Room is a warm and inviting space featuring cozy chairs and couches, a candle-lit mantle, multiple lamps and a large window that provides bright, natural light. An upright piano and mounted TV are also available for use upon request.
Capacity: 8 chairs

Servery Kitchen
The non-commercial Servery Kitchen features two double ovens, two stoves, a warming oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, sterilizer, serving window with a retractable screen and a large island. The Servery Kitchen is also stocked with a variety of cookware, serveware and linens that are available for use upon request.
Standard Rate: $150/hour
Not-for-Profit Rate: $75/hour
Prayer Path
Located directly behind the church building, the outdoor Prayer Path is easily accessible by foot from the parking lot. With a combination of open and forested areas, this gentle, meandering path provides an ideal location for a relaxing walk or a quiet retreat.
The prairie and wooded areas offer a variety of landscapes for a picturesque photo shoot in any season. An outdoor firepit and benches nestled among the trees are also available for use upon request and with appropriate permits.

Services & Guidelines
TECHNICAL
Our skilled technicians are able to provide sound, lighting and AV services for your event if needed. For technical systems in the Auditorium, a technical service operator is required before, during and after your event to set up, operate the sound, lighting and AV equipment and to return the tech space to its pre-existing state at the end of your event.
Standard Rate: $40/hour
CUSTODIAL
Mandatory in-house custodial services are required for every event.
Standard Rate: $40/hour
GUIDELINES
All bookings include the room(s), tables and chairs.
All areas are wheelchair accessible.
Wifi access is available upon request.
Linens are available for use upon request.
Alcohol is not permitted on the church property.
Smoking is not permitted in the church building.
