In our current physical distancing reality, we've adjusted our thinkChristian workshops to an online 'Zoom' format. Workshops are open to anybody at all, and no prior learning or previous classes are required.
The workshop will take place in six one-hour sessions through June - June 8, 10, 12, 15, 17 & 19 from 8pm-9pm. Feel free to come to every workshop, or just drop in on the ones that catch your interest.
Upcoming Workshop:
Dr. Kyle Jantzen will be lead us through a study of Martin Luther and the Protestant Reformation, using the film 'Luther' as a starting point. The six sessions will be:
- Introduction: Background to the Reformation & Nature of Luther's Protest
- Luther: Understanding the Story of Luther Through Film
- Understanding the Reformation through First-Hand Accounts
- Reforming the City: The Reformation in Basel
- The Radical Reformation
- Calvin and the Reformation in Geneva
All ages and levels of student are welcome and will find the discussion valuable.
